The Phone Toy

PRODUCT DESIGN

The phone toy project was an individual project aimed at addressing the growing issue of excessive smartphone usage and the need for children to engage more in offline activities. Recognizing the escalating problem of smartphone addiction among kids, I focused on developing toys that required the presence of smartphones to function. However, the primary goal was to foster playfulness and imaginative play in children, rather than relying on smartphone games as the sole source of entertainment. These toys incorporated smartphones as the "face" of the toy while offering interactive and engaging experiences that encouraged creative play away from screen-based activities.
